Ricardo Chreem is an award-winning director and a multi-talented artist, through the years he has established himself as a creative storyteller who is well versed in different film genres not only in his hometown Rio de Janeiro but also in the international film market. He has won many awards including official selection at different Film festivals around the world.

"Everything that involves human emotions interests me and it is my wish to touch other hearts through the art of storytelling. The art of filmmaking attracts me exactly due to the fact that we can manipulate reality using moving images and sounds to show the unseen, the comic, the tragic and the human dimension in this transitory life." Says Chreem

“Lovely Clownettes” his first feature, won the Best Documentary award at the Women’s International Film Festival in the U.S.A. in 2020.

“What Is an Actor?” won three awards including Best Short Movie at the Mumbai International Festival, either at the Euro Film Festival and won the award of merit winner in the Word Documentary Film Festival in 2016.

“Photoshoot of a Bald head” won the Gold award in Cinematography at the Documentary & Short International Film Award 2014   and as Best Documentary ( drama Female) at the Euro Film Festival.
